I've spent years learning how to understand my own intuition and the messages I receive, and one of the biggest things I've learned is that receiving information is only one part of the process. Learning how to understand, ground, and decipher that information is just as important.

This 2 hour live workshop is designed for anyone who is beginning to explore their intuition, developing their spiritual gifts, or simply wanting to better understand themselves and the messages they receive.

We'll talk about grounding, recognizing your own intuitive language, understanding where messages may be coming from, and learning how to distinguish intuition from things like fear, ego, personal desires, and our own thoughts.

We'll also talk about something I think is incredibly important for anyone who wants to use their gifts with others:

How do you know what is meant for YOU, and what may be meant to be shared?

For those of you who are interested in creating spiritual content, doing readings, or building a spiritual community, we'll also explore how to begin navigating your intuition when working with and sharing information with other people.

And if you're not interested in sharing your gifts publicly at all, that's completely okay! This workshop is also for anyone who simply wants to develop a deeper relationship with their own intuition and inner knowing. ✨
